Efficient Hay and Straw Baling

The ABOLLO Square Baler is designed to collect and compress grass, clover, wheat, barley and similar forage crops into compact rectangular bales. The square bale format makes the harvested material easier to handle, transport and store.

The machine is powered through the tractor's PTO shaft and is designed for efficient baling operations in different field conditions.

Hydraulic Pickup and Adjustable Collection

The machine features a hydraulic pickup system that collects the crop from the field and feeds it into the baling chamber. The pickup height can be adjusted hydraulically according to field and crop conditions.

The hydraulic pickup helps maintain a consistent flow of material into the baling system while adapting to changes in the field surface.

Balanced Baling System

The ABOLLO Square Baler uses a balanced crank and piston system designed to reduce unwanted vibrations during operation. This contributes to smoother machine operation and improved working conditions for the operator.

The baling chamber is designed to withstand the pressure generated during compression and form compact rectangular bales.

Adjustable Bale Length and Twine Knotter

The bale length can be adjusted from 40 to 120 cm, allowing the operator to produce bales according to handling, transport and storage requirements.

The machine is equipped with a double twine knotter system for reliable bale tying. With a working width of approximately 160 cm, the TY-SB160 is designed for efficient collection and baling of forage and straw crops.
