Efficient Silage Baling and Wrapping

The ABOLLO Silage Round Baler is designed to form prepared silage, alfalfa silage, beet pulp, fruit pulp and various green forage crops into compact round bales. The formed bales are wrapped with a plastic band to help protect the material from external air and environmental conditions and support longer storage.

Powered by an electric motor, the machine uses an electronic control system and hydraulic conveyor to support continuous material feeding and efficient baling. The system is designed to process prepared forage materials according to their dry matter content, moisture level and particle size.

Silage Round Baler Models

The ABOLLO Silage Round Baler is available in three models: TY-SRB100, TY-SRB500 and TY-SRB800. Each model offers a different bale capacity and bale size, allowing farmers and livestock operations to select a machine according to their forage material and production requirements.

The TY-SRB100 produces bales weighing approximately 70–130 kg and offers a working capacity of approximately 35–45 bales per hour. The TY-SRB500 produces approximately 350–600 kg bales, while the TY-SRB800 produces approximately 650–1050 kg bales. The TY-SRB500 and TY-SRB800 offer approximately 25–40 bales per hour, depending on operating conditions and forage characteristics.

Silage Baling for Different Forage Materials

The Silage Round Baler can be used for a range of prepared forage materials, including alfalfa silage, beet pulp, fruit pulp and green forage crops.

The dry matter content, moisture level and particle size of the material can affect the resulting bale weight and machine performance. For this reason, the appropriate model should be selected according to the characteristics of the forage material and the required bale size.

Hydraulic Conveyor and Electronic Control

The ABOLLO Silage Round Baler features a hydraulic conveyor system that supports continuous feeding of prepared forage material into the baling unit.

Its electronic control system helps operators manage the working process, while the plastic band wrapping system helps seal the formed bales and reduce their exposure to external environmental conditions.

Bale Capacity and Production Options

Different bale sizes and capacities are available across the TY-SRB series. The TY-SRB100 produces bales with a diameter of approximately 55–62 cm, the TY-SRB500 produces approximately 90–100 cm bales, and the TY-SRB800 produces approximately 110–115 cm bales.

With three different models, ABOLLO offers silage baling options for different forage quantities, bale sizes and farm requirements.
