The ABOLLO Horizontal Cultivator is designed for post-harvest stubble tillage and secondary soil preparation. It works the soil without turning it over, helping mix crop residues and plant roots into the upper soil layer while maintaining the existing soil structure.
This working method can help reduce surface soil erosion and limit moisture loss compared with intensive soil inversion.
The cultivator is equipped with pressure springs that allow the tines to respond to stones and other obstacles during field operation. This helps protect the working components and supports reliable performance in demanding soil conditions.
The special alloyed and heat-treated frame provides increased strength and durability for intensive agricultural use.
The ABOLLO Horizontal Cultivator can be equipped with optional leveling discs and rollers. These components help level and consolidate the worked soil, allowing the machine to prepare a suitable seedbed in a single pass.
Single and double roller configurations are available depending on the required field finish and operating conditions.
The Horizontal Cultivator is available in 170, 220, 270, 320 and 370 cm working widths, with a maximum working depth of 30 cm.
Different tine configurations allow farmers to select a suitable machine according to field conditions and required tillage performance.
