The ABOLLO Hammer Mill is designed for grinding and processing dry cereals and feed materials. The tractor-mounted model connects to the tractor's three-point linkage system and is powered through the PTO shaft.
The crushing unit uses a 30-blade hammer system. The steel blades can be used on all four sides, helping extend blade service life. The hammer rotor operates at approximately 2,900 rpm when driven by the tractor PTO.
The hammer mill is equipped with four different screen sizes, allowing the grinding size to be adjusted according to the desired feed particle size.
For efficient grinding, the feed material should be completely dry. Oily or moist materials may reduce grinding efficiency.
The ABOLLO Hammer Mill can process a wide range of dry agricultural materials, including barley, wheat, corn, corn cobs, rye, oats, cottonseed, alfalfa, sunflower and straw.
The integrated fan system helps transfer the processed material and makes it convenient to fill sacks after grinding.
The TY-HM1 model is designed for tractor PTO operation, while the TY-HM2 model is available with an electric motor. This provides different power options according to the operating environment and user requirements.
