High-Performance Crop Residue Shredding

The ABOLLO Shredder is a powerful agricultural machine designed for efficient shredding of crop residues, plant waste and weeds after harvest. Also known as a Flail Shredder or Flail Mower, it breaks plant residues into small pieces, helping them decompose more easily and return organic matter to the soil.

Versatile Shredding and Weed Control

The machine can effectively process a wide range of crop residues, including stems, stalks and wet plant material. It can also be used for mowing weeds as well as cutting living plant stems and branches, making it a versatile solution for different agricultural applications.

Two Working Width Options

The ABOLLO Shredder is available in two models, offering a 2300 mm working width with 48 blades and a 3100 mm working width with 72 blades. These different configurations allow farmers to select a suitable machine according to their field size and tractor capacity.

High-Speed Rotor for Efficient Residue Processing

The rotor operates at 1,900 rpm, providing effective shredding performance and helping reduce crop residues into smaller pieces. The processed material can then be incorporated into the soil more easily, supporting natural decomposition and contributing to soil organic matter management.

Tractor Compatibility and Field Efficiency

The TY-SHR2400 is designed for tractors ranging from 45–95 HP, while the TY-SHR3200 requires approximately 80–95 HP. The wider working configuration allows farmers to cover more area in less time, helping improve field efficiency and potentially reducing fuel and operating time.
