The ABOLLO Folding Shredder is a high-performance agricultural machine designed for efficient and reliable crop residue management in large fields. Its robust construction, powerful rotor system and hydraulic folding design provide high working capacity while making transportation between fields easier and more practical.

Wide Working Widths and Powerful Rotor System

The ABOLLO Folding Shredder is available in two models, offering 4800 mm and 6400 mm working widths. The TY-FSHR4800 is equipped with 96 blades, while the TY-FSHR6400 features 144 blades, providing high-capacity shredding performance for different field sizes and operating requirements.

The rotors are 100% dynamically balanced during assembly to minimize vibration during operation. This balanced rotor design helps reduce mechanical stress and supports smooth, stable operation during intensive field work.

With suitable pulley configurations, the rotor can reach a speed of 2,000 rpm, allowing the machine to process crop residues efficiently.

Durable Rotor and Power Transmission System

The rotor and pulley system is equipped with conical locking components designed to provide secure power transmission and improve component durability. This robust construction helps the machine withstand intensive agricultural operations while supporting reliable long-term performance.

Hydraulic Folding System for Easy Transport

The hydraulic folding system allows the Folding Shredder to be quickly switched between its working and transport positions. Hydraulic cylinders positioned on both sides of the machine control the folding operation, making the process convenient for the operator.

The folding structure significantly reduces the machine's width during transportation. Both models have a 230 cm transport width, making road transportation more practical despite their wide working configurations.
