High-Capacity Soil Tillage and Seedbed Preparation

The ABOLLO Folding Rotary Tiller is designed for high-capacity soil tillage, crop residue management and seedbed preparation after harvest. It can cut and incorporate crop residues such as stubble, corn, sunflower, sugar beet and cotton, while also loosening and preparing the soil for subsequent planting operations.

Effective Crop Residue Incorporation

The rotating blades process crop residues and mix them into the soil, helping prepare the field without requiring separate equipment for residue cutting. The machine can also break up large soil clods left after plowing and help eliminate unevenness caused by previous tillage operations.

This combination of residue management and soil preparation allows farmers to perform multiple operations efficiently in a single pass, depending on field conditions and the desired result.

Uniform Seedbed Preparation

The ABOLLO Folding Rotary Tiller can be equipped with different roller options, including threaded and tubular rollers. These rollers help level the soil surface after tillage and contribute to the preparation of a more uniform seedbed.

The working depth is 27 cm, allowing the machine to perform intensive soil preparation while processing crop residues and soil clods.

Wide Working Widths and High Field Capacity

The Folding Rotary Tiller is available in two configurations:

TY-FRT5300 – 530 cm working width and 120 blades
TY-FRT5800 – 580 cm working width and 132 blades

Both models operate with a 1,000 rpm PTO and have a blade rotation speed of 252 rpm. The recommended tractor power ranges from 180–300 HP for the TY-FRT5300 and 200–340 HP for the TY-FRT5800.

Folding Design for Practical Transport

The machine's folding structure allows its wide working configuration to be reduced for road transportation. Both models have a 248 cm transport width, making the machine more practical to move between fields despite its large working width.

The transport height is 283 cm for the TY-FRT5300 and 308 cm for the TY-FRT5800.
