Heavy-Duty Disc Harrow for Soil Preparation

The ABOLLO Heavy Disc Harrow is designed for intensive soil preparation, particularly stubble tillage and seedbed preparation. Its heavy-duty disc configuration helps break up soil, mix crop residues into the soil and prepare the field for subsequent planting operations.

The machine can operate at speeds of up to 15 km/h, depending on soil conditions and the desired tillage result. Its high working capacity allows farmers to cover large areas efficiently while helping reduce fuel consumption and operating costs.

Effective Stubble and Crop Residue Incorporation

The individually spaced notched discs cut and mix crop residues and plant material into the soil. This helps distribute organic matter more evenly throughout the worked layer and prepares the field for the next agricultural operation.

The discs are available in 51–61 cm diameters and are mounted to the frame using rubber roller springs. This configuration helps the machine maintain effective contact with the soil under demanding field conditions.

Suitable for Minimum Tillage

The ABOLLO Heavy Disc Harrow is suitable for minimum tillage applications, where the aim is to incorporate crop residues while avoiding excessive soil disturbance.

By mixing plant residues into the soil without intensive soil inversion, the machine can contribute to maintaining a more favorable soil structure and supporting the incorporation of organic material.

Six Working Width Options

The Heavy Disc Harrow is available in six working widths ranging from 200 to 325 cm. Tractor power requirements range from 65 to 150 HP, allowing farmers to select a suitable configuration according to field conditions and tractor capacity.
