The ABOLLO Three Rows Maize Chopper is designed for efficient harvesting and chopping of corn for silage production. Its three-row harvesting system and robust chopping mechanism provide reliable performance and efficient field operation for corn silage harvesting.

The TY-MC3 is designed to operate behind the tractor and features a cutting and feeding system that collects and feeds corn plants into the machine. The feeding drums guide the harvested material toward the chopping unit, helping maintain a continuous flow during operation.

The machine is equipped with 12 chopping blades mounted on a high-speed chopping rotor. The chopping system processes harvested corn into small particles, with a minimum chopping size of approximately 5 mm, depending on operating conditions and machine settings. This helps produce properly processed material suitable for silage production.

The feeding system includes two feeder rollers and two pressing rollers. These rollers guide and compress the harvested corn plants before they enter the chopping rotor, helping ensure efficient and continuous material processing.

The ABOLLO Three Rows Maize Chopper features an electro-hydraulic control system, allowing the operator to control key machine functions directly from the tractor. The system provides convenient control of the front feeding drums, machine lifting functions and rotational adjustments during field operation.

With a working capacity of approximately 70–80 tons per hour and a working speed of 5–7 km/h, the TY-MC3 is designed for efficient corn silage harvesting. The machine requires a tractor with approximately 80–120 HP and operates with a 540/750 rpm PTO.
