Efficient Grain Threshing and Separation

The ABOLLO Thresher With Screw is designed for threshing and separating grain from harvested crops. The threshing system processes the crop between the threshing drum and concave, separating the grain from the ears and stalks while breaking the remaining plant material into straw.

An aspiration system helps separate the grain from straw and lighter foreign materials, supporting cleaner grain output.

Suitable for Different Crops

The machine can be used for wheat, barley, rye, oats and other cereal crops. With suitable belt-pulley and sieve configurations, it can also be used for chickpeas, beans, lentils, sorghum and similar crops.

This makes the ABOLLO Thresher With Screw a versatile solution for farms that process different grain and seed crops.

Screw System for Grain Discharge

After the threshing and separation process, the grain is conveyed through the screw conveyor system and discharged from the side into sacks or suitable collection containers.

The screw discharge system provides a practical way to transfer the cleaned grain after threshing while keeping the machine's material flow continuous.

PTO-Driven Operation

The TYD-01 is powered by the tractor's PTO shaft and requires approximately 35 HP of tractor power.

With a 120 cm threshing width and a working capacity of approximately 1,350–1,700 kg/h, the machine is designed for practical farm-scale grain threshing operations.
